Made from plants and waste

The castor bean plant soaks up carbon as it grows before being transformed into the base polymer used in Lightly’s frame. This incredible material makes up 74% of Lightly’s weight.
Post-consumer recycled waste is used in Lightly’s resilient and UV stable seat.

Lightly's New Zealand based production uses 82% renewable energy and follows strong environmental and safety standards.

After delivery of your new Lightly chairs:

Take the cardboard spacers off your new chairs. Use a gentle cleaner to remove any residue from the spacer adhesive left on the seat.

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your chairs. As a general guideline, we suggest the following:

• When you move your chairs, be sure to lift them rather than push or pull to avoid damaging the floor, legs, and mountings.
• When you stack them, take care not to scratch the chairs against each other and place each chair carefully onto the chair below.
• Wipe the hard surfaces of your chairs with soapy water and a cloth when dirty or wet to reduce surface damage over time.
• Be careful not to scratch or damage the chair surface with sharp objects.

For Lightly upholstery we suggest the following :

• To remove dust, crumbs and other particles, simply vacuum the fabric using an upholstery attachment. Do not, however, brush the fabric or use a rotary brush vacuum attachment as this can damage the fabric.
• For spills and other spot cleaning needs, gently blot the affected area with warm water using a soft, clean and absorbent cloth. If absolutely necessary, you can also blot using a mild soap to help remove more stubborn stains.

Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. That's why Lightly comes with a five (5) year limited warranty and Lightly's upholstery comes with a one (1) year limited warranty.
